Delete policy by category and policy id.

delete https://api-us.bluestonepim.com/pim/catalogs/{id}/policy/{policyId}/{policyType}

Remove a specific policy from a category by its internal ID and policy ID. This operation allows users to delete
read or write permissions from a category.
