Delete a catalog node (category) and its entire subtree.

Deletes the node identified by id together with all of its descendant nodes, and unassigns every product from
the deleted node and its descendants (the products themselves are not deleted). Deleting a top-level node
removes the whole catalog tree. This cannot be undone.
