Unassigns a product from a single catalog category.

https://api-us.bluestonepim.com/pim/products/{id}/categories/{categoryId}

This removes only the link between the product and that one category; the product,
the category, and the product's other category assignments are left intact.
Fails if the product is not currently assigned to that category (it is not a silent no-op).
